I typically cook from the seat of my pants. This sounds good with that so I put them together. Sometimes, I win. Sometimes, I eat out. In this section, I will share with you some of the simple recipes I use to give my plate a little variety. I am not a trained cook. I do not have a hugely refined palate. I cannot layer flavors like Paul Prudhomme.
This is section will be filled with the foods I make for myself on a regular basis. While neither revolutionary nor earth-shattering, I hope these are useful to you to give you healthful variety to your diet and that they inspire you to get creative in your own kitchen.
