- 1 jar Dole mixed tropical fruit, drained, rinsed, and chopped
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cumin
Saute onion and jalapeno in small skillet until onion is translucent, adding water as needed to prevent sticking. Add ginger and cumin. Saute for 3 minutes. Add fruit and cilantro. Refrigerate until serving.
