Turkey Italian Sausage w/ Onions and Mustard

1 package turkey Italian sausage (5 links)

1 cup yellow onions (1 large)

4 tbsp whole grain mustard

2 tbsp unfiltered apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp grapeseed oil

1/3 cup water

Chop onions and saute on medium heat in grapeseed oil.  Add sausage and brown outside.  Add mustard, vinegar and water.  Cover for 5 minutes or until water steams off.  Serve with more mustard, sauerkraut and hard rolls.
